In the coming month, Nationwide will be launching two-factor authentication for you to access our payment portal. Two-factor authentication provides a separate and distinct layer of identification requiring a code be entered in addition to your password upon login. Once in effect, upon login with your password, you will be prompted to confirm your cellular number on file to receive the code. You may choose to change the cellular number on file upon answering one of the security questions associated with your online account.
